Bay City is the primary location in the Starsky & Hutch franchise. It is situated in the state of California and it has the fictional 555 area code.
In the game, there are four main areas of Bay City. Each one has a different layout and different missions take place in them.
Downtown[]
The Downtown is the Commercial area of Bay City. It features large office buildings ans Skyscrapers, among other things, it also features the Bay City Stadium.
Central[]
The Central is the Residential area of Bay city. It has a large number of houses and people. It has small gardens and parks also.
Ocean[]
The Ocean is, quite obviously, by the ocean. It features the Bay City Beach and has a number of cafes and outdoor bars. There is plenty to drive through in Ocean.
Dockside[]
The industrial area of the city, Dockside is dotted with warehouses, refineries, cranes and cargo containers. It is hard to get around the place without smashing into walls of objects.
